In addition to being President of Charbonnet & Associates, Planners and Consultants, Inc., Mr. Charbonnet is the owner of a law firm. Mr. Charbonnet has established himself as an expert in construction law. More particularly, as a bond lawyer, Mr. Charbonnet’s expertise has been expanded to include the finance of large public entity projects.
The varied skills and experiences of the professionals who make up the CAPC team have allowed the firm to expand into a variety of projects, including water and drainage systems analyses, construction and project management, DBE and Small Business outreach, environmental assessments, and general consulting, as well as a range of other facility and service feasibility studies.
